we have alot of trainee , anyone ask me to be trainee , so i think i will create [Helper] increase of set he to be trianee .
Helper will have will have command or not . We need to discuss about this first . if helper have commands , i think !goto is enough .

Helper can just use !goto.
If he has !arrest and !free
then wtf? Why trainee doesn't have those commands?
So you think helper can use those? do you even have a brain to think about this?

GrimReaper,If you want be a helper JUST because you need money to buy stuff we'll immediately REJECT you.Helper maybe can just use 2 commands;!goto and !bring. However,helpers can't enter CT zone.So,don't worry about helper bring player to a deadly place problem.I'll visit the citylife everyday and make sure helpers do his work.
